Home skilled medical services and its frequency are typically prescribed by the physician and can be authorized by your health insurance provider. You can also opt to pay for the services on your own. If your insurance provider does not cover the services, we will happy to assist you in the process. 

The nurse can accompany patient to the hospital for follow up appointments or emergency. However, they can not perform any medical duties in the hospital as it could potentially cause conflict.

Yes, we do. To file a complaint, you can contact our office to connect with Patient Affairs Coordinator, Nurse in charge or the Nurse Manager. We will conduct a proper investigation and revert with qualified feedback as soon as possible. 

Your involvement in the physical or medical care process is not required. However, your presence and emotional support can be very important to patient in improving their condition.
